Alan Cutler, a third generation builder started building in 1983 constructing semi custom home communities in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey including Big Oak Bend, Twin Ponds, Twin Ponds East, Deux Mare estates, Summit Point, Hunter Woods and many more.

In the mid 1990's Alan relocated to South Florida to take his passion for building to the next level creating custom luxury estate homes in some of the most prestigious communities including St. Andrews Country Club, Long Lake Estates, Tierra Delray, Direct Intra-Coastal, and Ocean front properties plus many others.

In early 2000 ABC Building Group expanded its services to include custom renovations, additions, remodeling and restoration. ABC Building Groups extensive experience building new custom homes has allowed us to understand the entire project, what potential problems would come up and how to remedy these issues before the project even starts. This foresight results in savings and peace of mind for our customers that will continue throughout the project.
